Josh brings over 15 years of military leadership experience, having served in diverse operational and strategic roles that required precision, resilience and decisive decision-making under pressure. Throughout his career, he led teams of varying sizes, managed complex operations and developed people through performance management, mentoring and coaching.
Following his service, Josh transitioned into human resources and organisational leadership, applying his operational expertise to workforce planning, talent development and change management. He has extensive experience guiding teams through high-stakes environments, fostering collaboration, and building strong, results-driven cultures.
Josh combines his operational acumen with a deep understanding of emotional intelligence (EQ) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to support leaders in navigating challenges with clarity, confidence and resilience. He is passionate about helping individuals and teams harness self-awareness, develop effective communication skills and cultivate high-performing, psychologically safe workplaces.
Tara is an experienced leader and strategist with a background as a Navy officer and extensive experience supporting executive teams. Her military service instilled a strong foundation in leadership, organisation and operational excellence, while her work as an Executive Assistant honed her skills in strategic planning, communication and high-level organisational support.
Tara leverages her diverse experience to help leaders and teams perform at their best, combining insights from leadership practice with hands-on operational expertise. She is skilled in building trust, fostering collaboration and creating efficient, high-functioning environments where people can thrive.
Tara applies her leadership acumen to coaching, workshops, and team development initiatives, empowering leaders to strengthen their influence, make confident decisions and cultivate resilient, high-performing teams.
